“Elevate your impact next summer through the Level Up SD Summer 2024 grant program. Nonprofits once again have the opportunity to partner with San Diego Foundation and San Diego Unified School District to create a transformational summer enrichment experience for San Diego Unified students, accelerating learning while nurturing students’ social and emotional well-being. Approximately $7.2 million is available to support Level Up SD Summer 2024 programming.

Funding is intended to support programs for Universal Transitional Kindergarten (UTK) to eighth-grade students but will prioritize proposals that serve UTK to sixth grade. Grant amounts may range from $30,000 to $500,000 and fund an array of program types that offer not only enrichment activities, but also a strong academic component.”

Funder: The San Diego Foundation (TSDF) and San Diego Unified School District
Eligibility:
“Nonprofit community organizations with 501(c)(3) public charity status in good standing, located in San Diego County and serving San Diego Unified students. A 501(c)(3) public charity may serve as a fiscal sponsor for another applicant to administer the grant and provide regular financial reporting.”

$30,000 – $500,000
